Weighted (Toning) Balls :: Chest, Tricep, and Shoulder Workout
Each Weighted (Toning) Balls Workout is a combination of cardio, interval training, and isometric conditioning. These workouts are designed to target your entire body and help you achieve your fitness goals.
For this workout perform each exercise below int the following intervals:
  • Perform the exercise as depicted for 30 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Perform your preferred cardio exercise (jumping jacks, burpees, etc) for 30 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds
Complete 3 Cycles of this Workout!
If the exercises are performed 1 handed, be sure to do a set in each hand for each cycle.
Chest :: Push Up to Alternating Fly
Chest :: Supine Hip Lifts with Chest Flys
Shoulders :: Side plank with Punch, Right, then Left
Shoulders :: Overhead Press with Lunge, Right, then Left
Triceps :: Kick Backs
Triceps :: Single Arm Overhead Press, Right, then Left
Chest :: Push Up to Alternating Fly
