Weighted (Toning) Balls :: Booty & Legs Workout
Each Weighted (Toning) Balls Workout is a combination of cardio, interval training, and isometric conditioning. These workouts are designed to target your entire body and help you achieve your fitness goals.
For this workout perform each exercise below int the following intervals:
  • Perform the exercise as depicted for 30 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Perform your preferred cardio exercise (jumping jacks, burpees, etc) for 30 seconds
  • Rest for 10 seconds
Complete 3 Cycles of this Workout!
If the exercises are performed 1 handed, be sure to do a set in each hand for each cycle.
Triceps :: Single Arm Overhead Press, Right, then Left
Booty :: Tabletop Rear Lifts / Side Lifts, Right then Left
Booty :: Supine Hip Lifts with Balls on Hips
Hamstrings :: Standing, Single Leg Hamstring Press, Right then Left
Hamstrings :: Supine, Hamstring Hip Lift with Chest Press
Quads :: Narrow Squat to Alternating Twist
Quads :: Narrow Squat Lower 3, Up 1
Booty :: Tabletop Rear Lifts / Side Lifts, Right then Left
