Instructions for Whitening with LED Light

Place a small bead of gel within the trays. Inset the trays into your mouth. Turn on the light for 15-20 minutes. Remove and rinse. Clean trays with cool water and store in retainer case. This process may be repeated twice daily for up to four weeks.
Remineralizing Gel: 
The remineralizing gel is used to desensitize the teeth and prevent tooth sensitivity. Rinse and dry your trays before applying the gel. Place a line of remineralizing gel on the inner front surface of the tray, and spread it around the inside front surface, just like you did with the whitening gel. Leave in your mouth for 5 minutes. Remove trays but do not rinse your mouth. It is recommended to remineralize before going to bed for a thorough night-time remineraliziation process. Remineralize once a week during your whitening process and once a week thereafter until you run out of gel.
Do not use if: 
Pregnant, nursing you are in poor health (decaying teeth, exposed roots, you wear braces, had recent oral surgery, jaw problems), allergic to Sodium Bicarbonate. At-home treatments have risks involved and you should consult your dentist. Some people will experience reversible tooth sensitivity and gum irritation. This will disappear: 1. Within a few days after discontinuing use; 2. Decreasing the length of each bleaching session; or 3. Increasing the amount of time between whitening sessions.

Discontinue use if you feel a sharp pain in a tooth and consult your dentist immediately.

IMPORTANT: 
During the entire length of your whitening treatment, you should avoid staining beverages as much as possible, including coffee, tea, red wine, colas, and citrus beverages. If you must consume these, it is highly recommended to do so through a straw.
